I am very frustrated right about now. My name is Shawn Stopper and I have been handicapped since 1996. I live at 523 Center Place and living in an alley is really no place to live! Today is my fourth day in which I will not be able to leave my house because of the icy alley!
I cannot even walk down my porch steps without falling!
