Regarding the article in the paper Jan. 7, about the man in Muncy having dogs taken away from him because the dogs have been neglected so bad they had to be killed, the word is not killed! For respect of the animals that have been neglected the word is euthanized.
Since this man has been investigated by the SPCA since 1994 and has continued to be allowed to have animals, is anyone surprised these dogs are showing up neglected.
Shame on the SPCA for letting this man have animals and shame on the reporter who used the word killed. You should have respect for the poor animals that have been neglected at this man's hands.
