Announcement has been made of the engagement of Sarah Beth Schoonover and David Lee Druckemiller.
An Oct. 5 wedding at Lycoming Christian Church, Linden, is being planned.
Schoonover is the daughter of Cheryl and Raymond Schoonover, Lock Haven. She graduated from Walnut Street Christian School, Avis, in 2005 and from Central Pennsylvania Institute of Science and Technology in the practical nursing program in 2009. She is pursuing a practical nursing license and is employed by Bayada Home Health Nursing.

Druckemiller is the son of Cathy and Harry Druckemiller Jr., Burnham. He graduated from Indian Valley High School, Lewistown, in 2005 and received a bachelor's degree in medical imaging from Mount Aloysius College, Cresson, in 2009. He is employed by Mount Nittany Medical Center, State College, as an MRI technologist.
