Angela Surdovel, 83, devoted wife, mother and grandmother, formerly of Williamsport, passed away Jan. 10, 2013, in Del Ray Beach, Fla.
Born April 16, 1929, in Brooklyn N.Y., Angela graduated from Mount St. Mary's High School in Scranton, Pa.
She worked at Divine Providence Hospital for 20 years, retiring in 1994, and then moved to Florida.
Angela's favorite past time was playing bingo.
She is predeceased by her husband of 47 years, David R. Surdovel, in 1996.
Also by her daughter, Michelle T. Surdovel, in 1992.
Surviving are her son, David R Surdovel Jr., of Del Ray Beach, Fla.; five grandchildren, Robert Barasky of North Brunswick, N.J., Kimberly Barasky of Houston, Texas, Jaime Carroll of Williamsport, Samantha Surdovel of Fla., and Christopher Surdovel of Fla.; eight great-grandchildren, Anthony, Merchelelyn, Derrick, Drew, Alyssa, Aaron, Amber and Aiden; and one great- great-grandchild.
There will be no services. Burial will be at convenience of the family.
