ELKLAND - Five people were charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants. According to documents filed at District Judge Brian Edgcomb's office, they are:
Anthony R. Reddig, 23, of 262 West Main St., Westfield, by state police after he crashed his car on Howland Hill Road, Westfield Township, Sept. 9. He was issued a summons to appear.
Clifford H. Pierce, 21, of Elmira Heights, N.Y., by state police after he crashed his car at Route 328, Jackson Township, Nov. 18. He was issued a summons to appear.
Justin R. Tussing, 29, of South Carolina, by state police following a traffic stop at the Acorn Market parking lot, Route 287, Lawrence Township, Jan. 4. He was released on $6,000 bail and his preliminary hearing set for Feb. 7.
Angelia M. Loudenslager, 34, of Lindley, N.Y., by state police following a traffic stop on Route 287, Lawrenceville, Nov. 22. She was issued a summons to appear.
Christopher R. Hulbert, 23, of 312 High St., Westfield, by borough police after he crashed his car on Church Street in the borough Jan. 2. He was issued a summons to appear.
