A city man has been arrested on charges of allegedly raping a female acquaintance in her Hepburn Street apartment while she was unconscious, city police said.
Taylor Jason Overdorf, 19, of 1123 Dewey Ave., was held for court Thursday on charges of rape, aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault. The charges stem from an incident that occurred overnight Dec. 17, police said.
Initially committed to the Lycoming County Prison, Overdorf has since been released on $15,000 bail.
