Real estate agent

joins regional firm

Coldwell Banker Penn One Real Estate announces the addition of Nicolette Wayand to its team of full-time real estate agents.

The growing area of Central Pennsylvania's active regional projects and unequaled workforce has resulted in a population growth which has been a great attraction to Wayand. She was drawn to this region for its unique opportunities in real estate. According to a news release, the influx of new business to the area, combined with the rich history of Central Pennsylvania, create a new focus on residential living in the picturesque mountain regions. Many of the historical towns nestled near larger communities are attracting new attention from workers moving to this area.

Compared to metropolitan areas, a lot of these fantastic hideaways offer inexpensive living within driving distance of newly established businesses. Wayand, the news release said, is excited to join with Coldwell Banker to help introduce these exceptional communities to newcomers moving to the area. Having invested in several unique towns in Central Pennsylvania over the past few years, Wayand has first-hand experienced the area's attraction to retirees returning to their childhood neighborhoods.
