City police responded to a report of a mental patient threatening self harm in the 1000 block of Baldwin Street about 12:30 p.m. yesterday.
According to police several cars of officers responded to the area for backup.
"We were only preparing for the worst. We knew there was a possibility of weapon in the home," aid Captain Brett Williams, of city police. "Luckily, that individual ended up coming out of the residence of their own volition,"
No injuries were reported in connection with the incident.
