Regarding the new appointment to the Williamsport Water Authority board by our mayor, what would a stockbroker do for the city? Oh yeah, George Bierman could help them invest the millions a month they receive from the landlords for the freeloaders that our boys club has protected for years.
Appointing a woman, like myself, would never work. The public might realize and become informed what is going on with all those missions. We can't have that.
