Ruth M. Bombaski, 84, of 2140 Warrensville Road, Montoursville, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013, at Valley View Nursing Center, Montoursville.
Ruth was born May 7, 1928, in Blossburg, Pa., the daughter of the late Mark Tingley and DeSales Anderson Tingley.
She attended Blossburg High School, Mansfield State College and Marywood College, Scranton, where she earned her master's degree.
She retired as an administrator of MH-MR for Bradford, Tioga and Sullivan counties.
Ruth is survived by a son, Paul E. (Sandra) Bombaski; grandchildren, Sara of Bronx, N.Y., and Caitlin of Williamsport. She was predeceased by her parents and a sister, Mary Passmore.
Funeral services for Ruth will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 25, 2013, at Crouse Funeral Home, 133 E. Third St., Williamsport, with a visitation from 9 to 11 a.m. Interment will take place at St. Andrews Cemetery, Blossburg.
