Rayford W. Hazel, 73, of Montoursville, died Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013, at The Valley View Nursing Home.
Born Aug. 2, 1939, in Phillipsburg, he was a son of the late Maynard and Lena Hazel.
Rayford loved spending time fishing, making quilts and cheering for the Philadelphia Phillies.
Surviving are three daughters, Tammy (David) Degarmo of Williamsport, Lenora (Jeff) Lynn of Benton and Dautey (Jeff) Adams of New Bethlehem; stepson, Francis (Jenna) Laubach; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
