Judges in Lycoming County recently sentenced 23 people in county court.
Three people were sentenced to state prison. They were:
Michael J. Harman, 40, 201 Woodwart St., six to 24 months, credit for time served for theft by unlawful taking.
Mark A. Bird, 40, 2700 Newberry St., 12 to 60 months, $4,000 for DUI and driving under suspension.
William P. Merrill, 45, 1220 Dewey Ave., 18 to 97 months, $1,750, credit for time served for conspiracy to receive stolen property, two counts of DUI and driving under suspension.
One person was sentenced to county prison. He was:
Eugene S. Williams, 39, 830 Park Place, four to 12 months, credit for time served for false identification.
Nine people were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They were:
Gregory A. Garverick, 25, 660 G Wagner Road, Muncy, six months, three days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $1,300, 50 hours community service for DUI, small amount of marijuana and driving under suspension.
Wesley D. Smith, 22, 101 Boak Ave., Lot 12, Hughesville, six months, two days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $700, 50 hours community service for DUI and driving under suspension.
Frank J. Winter, 21, 8784 Route 864, Muncy, six months, seven days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $1,000, 24 months probation, 75 hours community service for DUI and reckless endangerment.
Evan A. Crouse, 24, 1405 Locust St., six months, two days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, 30 days probation, $500, 50 hours community service for DUI and small amount of marijuana.
Stanley C. Hammaker, 63, 637 Campbell St., 24 months, six months Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, 50 hours community service for retail theft.
Jeremy R. Moore, 30, Pittsburgh, six months, three days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $1,000, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Edward Evans, 48, 820 Fifth Ave., Apt. 1, 60 months, 12 months electronic monitoring when available for retail theft.
Monique P. Cooper, 25, 2028 Lincoln Dr., six months, two days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Penny R. Sample, 51, 17 Hemlock Grove Lane, South Williamsport, six months, three days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $1,500, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Five people were sentenced to probation. They were:
Gina A. Rhinehart, 32, 501 Marion St., Jersey Shore, 36 months, 75 hours community service for reckless endangerment and simple assault.
Kristie M. Hess, 25, 730 Cherry St., 36 months, 50 hours community service for access device fraud and failure to show license.
Colin J. Snyder, 20, 14372 Route 87, 21 months, 75 hours community service for trespassing and theft by unlawful taking.
Dakota L. Patcher, 20, 77 Thomas Ave., Montoursville, 24 months, 100 hours community service for trespassing and theft by unlawful taking.
Jeffrey M. Maggs, 36, 367 Woodland Ave., 24 months, for growing 10 marijuana plants.
Four people were approved for Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition. They were:
Christina M. Weimer, 28, Wellsboro, for DUI.
Robert C. Alexander, 26, Granville Summit, for DUI.
Nathan A. Rader-Edkin, 18, 1938 Frey Ave., for DUI.
Seth T. Mazzante, 22, 126 Linden St., for DUI.
One person was approved for probation without verdict. She was:
Christina M. Weimer, 28, Wellsboro, for possession of drug paraphernalia.
