Curtis L. Mitchell, 59, of Williamsport, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013, in Berlin, Md.
Curtis' Life Celebration service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, at the James C. Maneval Funeral Home, Ltd., 500 W. Fourth St., Williamsport. A visitation from 8 to 10 a.m. Burial in Wildwood Cemetery.
