Lewisburg placed four players in double figures and defeated Montoursville, 52-33. Travis Conrad led the Green Dragons (14-1) with 13 points.
Behind 17 points from Mike Pastore, Loyalsock cruised by Warrior Run, 75-26. Omar Little added 11 points for the Lancers while Calen Foresman led Warrior Run with 12 points.
In girls basketball, Montoursville's Kirsten O'Malley scored 25 points and the Warriors defeated Hughesville, 58-28.
Lewisburg's Maria Kelleher (13) and Emily Conrad (12) combined for 25 points and the Green Dragons outscored Central Columbia, 45-26.
Warrior Run's Steph Shamburg scored 25 points and the Defenders won their fifth consecutive game with a 57-38 win over Southern Columbia.
Williamson's Cheynne Jones scored 27 points, including 12 at the foul line, as the Warriors defeated Cowanesque Valley, 61-52.
Molly Wood was one of three Mansfield players in double figures and the Tigers defeated Wellsboro, 54-37. Wood finished with 21 points. Emily James added 14 and Jackie Hilson 11.
Milton held Midd-West to single digits in all four quarters and defeated the Mustangs, 34-21. Katelyn Gensel led the Black Panthers with 12 points.
North Penn defeated Liberty, 80-56, behind 25 points from Maria Berguson. Kelsey Harer scored 23 points, including five 3-pointers, in the loss for Liberty.
Megan McKernan scored eight points for Loyalsock as the Lancers fell to Mount Carmel, 65-35. Ali Verano scored a game-high 17 points for Mount Carmel.
Charity Good scored 12 points and grabbed 15 rebounds to lead Muncy to a 57-44 win over St. John Neumann. Meghan Trenholm scored a game-high 18 points for St. John Neumann.
In wrestling, Loyalsock turned back-to-back forfeit and back-to-back falls by Tyler Eubanks (138) and Giacomo DiNicola (145) into a 48-36 win over Danville.
In girls swimming, Central Columbia remained undefeated with a 123-63 win over Williamsport. Katie Frank won the 1-M diving for the Millionaires.
In boys swimming, Williamsport's John Good, Chet Schwoyer and Scott Smith each won individual events and were a part of the winning 200 free relay as the Millionaires defeated Central Columbia, 108-75.
In track and field, Williamsport's Caleb Belle placed third in the 55-meter dash and the triple jump at the Susquehanna University High School Indoor Classic over the weekend.
