22 sentenced

Judges in Lycoming County recently sentenced 22 people in county court.

Five people were sentenced to state prison. They were:

Brian C. White, 53, of Milton, five to 10 years for possession with intent to distribute cocaine.

Lane M. Johnson, 43, of 1213 Memorial Ave., 44 to 88 months, 10 years' probation, credit for time served for two counts of aggravated assault and terroristic threats.

Donald K. Love, 54, of 5354 Route 15, Montgomery, three to six years, credit for time served for failure to register.

Sheila D. Henry, 41, of 1413 W. Fourth St., one to four years for retail theft.

Adam R. Delaney, 32, of Lycoming County Prison, one to two years, credit for time served for having a firearm without a license.

Two people were sentenced to county prison. They were:

Marshall W. Weimert, 25, of Patton, 90 days, six months' intermediate punishment, $300, 75 hours community service for DUI and driving under suspension.

James E. Kaye, 51, of 51 Ruben Kehrer Road, Muncy, three to six months for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Four people were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They were:

Mitchell T. Shetler, 21, of 51 Michael Ave., Hughesville, six months, 30 days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $750, 50 hours community service for DUI.

Julian Brabhan, 55, of 405 Louisa St., six months, 30 days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $750, 50 hours' community service for DUI.

Shawn A. Dunn, 18, of 970 1/2 First St., 96 months, six months Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, 100 hours' community service, credit for time served for conspiracy to receive stolen property, two counts of theft from a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property.

Richard A. Kirby, 54, of 2609 Grand St., 60 months, three months Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, electronic monitoring eligible after 25 days, 75 hours community service for DUI.

Seven people were sentenced to probation. They were:

Sterling Axl Feldges, 23, of Lycoming County Prison, 12 months, for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Nicholas A. Huntington, 18, of 417 S. Main St., Apt. 3, six months, 50 hours' community service for retail theft and fake identification.

Kenneth D. Burrage, 55, of 963 High St., nine months, credit for time served for two counts of harassment and disorderly conduct.

Keesha D. Smith, 28, of 325 High St., Apt. 2A, 60 months, 150 hours' community service for three counts of retail theft.

Brittany L. Dobson, 20, of 678 First Ave., 12 months, 50 hours' community service for retail theft.

Kyriff S. Higgins, 30, of Philadelphia, 12 months, 50 hours' community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jed A. Boings, 19, of 152 Boak Ave., Lot 44, Hughesville, six months, 50 hours' community service for theft by unlawful taking.

Three people were approved for Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition. They were:

Mark A. Paulhamus, 33, of 1628 W. Fourth St., for DUI.

Chris F. Paulhamus, 47, of 3239 Green Mountain Road, Trout Run, for DUI.

Thomas A. Bailey, 23, of 439 Hemlock Lane, Trout Run, for DUI.

One person was approved for probation without verdict. He was:

James A. Hardman, 23, of 528 Ruben Kehrer Road, Lot 52, Muncy, for DUI.
