A Millville man lost his life in a one-vehicle crash, which took place in Jordon Township at about 2 p.m. on Friday.
Greg A. Deets, 52, was traveling west on Route 118, just west of Temple Road. He then allegedly lost control of his Ford Contour, causing it to swerve and cross both lanes of traffic, according to police.
The car collided with the guard rail on the south side of the roadway. The impact caused the vehicle to spin clockwise before finally coming to rest facing westward, according to police.
Deets, who was allegedly not wearing a seat belt, was thrown from the vehicle during the crash, police say.
He was pronounced dead at the scene by Lycoming County Coroner Charles E. Kiessling Jr.
