WELLSBORO - Four people were charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants.
According to documents filed at District Judge James Carlson's office, each was issued a summons to appear.
They are:
Alexander T. Young, 22, of 414 Gray Valley Road, Mainesburg, by state police, after he crashed his car on Route 549 Nov. 25. He also was charged with criminal trespass and criminal mischief, after he allegedly broke into a residence on Route 549 following the crash.
Tyler J. Peworchik, 27, of Elmira, N.Y., by state police following a traffic stop on Sherwood Street Nov. 7.
Corey R. Peterson, 20, of Canton, by borough police after he crashed his car into a parked car at the Sheetz Fuel Station, Mansfield, Jan. 27. He also was charged with underage drinking.
William L. Watkins, 60, of 35 Canoe Camp Creek Road, by state police following a traffic stop on Canoe Camp Creek Road, Richmond Township, Dec. 7.
