Claiming she needed money to pay "for toilet paper and dog food," Monica Maria Jacobs, 23, of 1768 Memorial Ave., has admitted that she stole an SPCA donation container from Sunset Ice Cream, 1849 Lycoming Creek Road, on Jan. 14, according to Old Lycoming Township police.
Charged with theft and receiving stolen property, Jacobs has been sent a summons to appear before District Judge James H. Sortman.
