Thirteen people have been charged with various drug offenses. Those charged and the police departments involved were:
Benjamin J. Brittford, 23, of 1380 Whitman St.; city police; possession with intent to deliver three bundles of heroin; seized at his home along with a shotgun and two handguns, one of which was stolen, on Feb. 7; also allegedly sold 41 bags of heroin to an informant in the 1900 block of East Third Street on the same day; jailed in lieu of $150,000 bail.
Jo Ellen Gregory, 22, also of 1380 Whitman St.; city police; possession of marijuana and and drug paraphernalia at her home on Feb. 7; free on $3,500 bail.
Ronald Taylor Jr., 26, of 819 Park Ave.; Montoursville police; possession with intent to deliver 14 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 1000 block of Loyalsock Avenue on Feb. 5; jailed in lieu of $25,000 bail.
Kareem Curtis Gadson, 21, of 1510 Park Ave.; city police; possession with intent to deliver six bags of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 300 block of Campbell Street on Feb. 4; jailed in lieu of $18,500 bail.
Pennsylvania College of Technology student Kyle Patrick McTague, 19, of Fairfax, Va.; Penn College police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his dorm room on Jan. 15; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.
Anna Marie Calzoni, 51, of 2126 Federal Ave.; Old Lycoming Township police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 1700 block of Dewey Avenue on Jan. 12; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.
Paul Joseph Howard, 60, of 101 Union Ave.; state police; two counts each of possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, deliver of crack cocaine and possession of crack cocaine for allegedly selling the controlled substance to a confidential informant at East Third Street and River Avenue on Jan. 8 and again Jan. 11; released on $25,000 bail.
Khalil Dante Tindal, 21, of 1100 Park Ave.; city police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 1000 block of Park Avenue on Jan. 11; released on $3,500 bail.
Donald Larue Ross Jr., 65, of Slate Run; state police; possession of marijuana on Route 414 in McIntyre Township on Dec. 22.
Penn College police James Christopher Synol, 19, of Bloomingdale, N.J.; Penn College police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on the campus on Dec. 8; released on $3,500 bail.
Tiffany Allred, 20, of 47 Carriage Square, Montoursville; Montoursville police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 1000 block of Loyalsock Avenue on Nov. 28; released on $2,500 bail.
Megan Marie Coleman, 27, of 812 Diamond St.; city police; possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia in the 2500 block of Federal Avenue on June 8; released on $5,000 bail.
Jennifer Dell Martin, 37, of 1602 Chapell Hill Road, Anthony Township; state police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at her home on April 18; released on $5,000 bail.
