Margaret Louise Perry, 83, of Riverside Drive, South Williamsport, died Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013, at her home.
Born and raised in South Williamsport on June 6, 1929, she was a daughter to the late Jacob L. and Margaret L. (Dagitz) Probst. She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Dwain L. R. Perry in 2008; six brothers, Norman, Franklin, Willard, Kenneth, Donald and Stewart Probst; and three sisters, Francis Probst, Florence Stahl and Catherine Drake.
She was a life member of Messiah Lutheran Church and a member of the Felicitas No. 500 Order of Eastern Star. Margaret enjoyed word search books, watching Penn State games and going on motorcycle rides. She was a very special wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister.
Surviving are her four children, Steven D. (Debra) Perry of South Williamsport, Lee E. (Chrissie) Perry of South Williamsport, Mark W. Perry of Williamsport and Kathy L. (Michael) Klemick of Cogan Station; eight grandchildren, Nicole, Kristopher, Danielle, Joel, Andrea, Brent, Luke and Ian; and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20, at Sanders Mortuary, 821 Diamond St., Williamsport. Burial will follow at Twin Hills Memorial Park, Muncy. Visitation will be held 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at Sanders Mortuary.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Margaret's name may be made to the Cancer Treatment Center at Divine Providence Hospital, 1100 Grampian Blvd., Williamsport, PA 17701.
