Franklin Grant Chandlee, 73, husband to Hannelore Chandlee, died Feb. 13, 2013, in Scottsdale, Ariz. He retired from the Navy in 1977, and was a Vietnam Vet. Beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother whose stories and laughter will be missed dearly.
