For Black History Month, I would like to recognize Edward Dudley Brown for all of my horse racing friends here in town of all backgrounds.
Ed was inducted into the National Museum of Racing's Hall of Fame in 1984; he was connected to two Kentucky Derby horses, Ben Brush in 1896 and Plaudit in 1898.
