Judges in Lycoming County recently sentenced 13 people in county court.
Seven people were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They were:
Robert V. Morgret, 18, Beech Creek, 24 months, two months Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, three years probation, 100 hours community service for burglary.
Kevin G. Smith, 18, 807 Hepburn St., 24 months, six months LCP/PRC, 75 hours community service, credit for time served for possession with intent to distribute.
Kevin Lattie, 41, Harrisburg, 42 months, 10 months LCP/PRC, $1,000, 50 hours community service, credit for time served for criminal trespass, DUI and resisting arrest.
Sandra M. Perryman, 49, Loganton, six months, two days LCP/PRC, $500, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Eric Brown, 23, 1118 Isabella St., 12 months, 24 months probation, 10 days LCP/PRC, 50 hours community service, credit for time served for receiving stolen property, criminal trespass and theft.
Joshua C. Sims, 30, 505 Allen Drive, Muncy, 12 months, three months LCP/PRC, 50 hours community service for theft by unlawful taking.
Charles R. Rice, 65, 2934 Kellyburg Road, Trout Run, 10 years, six months LCP/PRC, $3,000, 100 hours community service for two counts of DUI.
Two people were sentenced to probation. They were:
Jean M. Vogel, 42, Mill Hall, 12 months, 50 hours community service for retail theft.
Kristin A. Smith, 39, 645 1/2 Grier St., six months, 50 hours community service for retail theft.
Four people were approved for Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition. They were:
Burt D. Copeland, 37, 65 N. Main St., Montgomery, for DUI.
Lawrence J. Lambert, 27, 997 Upper Rynearson Road, Muncy, for DUI.
Osvaldo P. Garcia, 36, Mesa, Ariz., for DUI.
Vanessa A. Stewart, 50, 1931 Blaine St., for DUI.
