William G. "Bill" Troxell, formerly of Montoursville, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013, at Hospice House in Forest City, N.C. He was born on Oct. 24, 1953, in Greenville, S.C., the son of Sanford and Eleanor Troxell.
William is survived by his wife of 21 years, Barb (Saunders); two daughters, Linsey and Caitlin; his parents; a sister; and two brothers. A memorial will be planned for a later date at the convenience of the family.
