Patricia A. Brackley, 80, Lawrenceville, passed away Feb. 24, 2013, at Arnot Ogden Medical Center. She was born May 1, 1932, in Lawrenceville, the daughter of Robert and Sarah Roberts Brennan.
Pat and her husband of 26 years, Jack, are the retired owners of Brackley's Colonial Market in Lawrenceville, and the Village Grocery in Tioga. She was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church.
In addition to her husband, Jack, Pat is survived by 4 sons, William Preston of Tioga, Keith (Julie) Preston of Tioga, Daniel (Nancy) Brackley of Painted Post, N.Y., Douglas (Brenda) Brackley of Horseheads, N.Y.; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two brothers, Philip (Rosemary) Brennan of Mansfield, Robert Jr. (Gloria) Brennan of Lawrenceville; three sisters, Roberta (Donald) Stratton of Lawrenceville, Janice (Verle) Sterling of Roseville, Clarice (Stuart) Allen of Staunton, Va. Pat was predeceased by her first husband, William Preston and her sister, Almeria Kriger.
Friends are invited to call 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, at the Gary Wilston Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 130 S. Main St., Mansfield. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with Rev. Allen Hulslander, her pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Tioga.
