Judges in Lycoming County recently sentenced 35 people in county court.
Four people were sentenced to state prison. They were:
Shareema Moore, 26, SCI-Muncy, six to 24 months, credit for time served for possessing an instrument of crime.
Lionel Harris, 33, Cumberland, Md., two to four years for distributing a controlled substance.
Scott D. Fisher, 57, Wellsboro, 84 to 196 months for burglary and theft by unlawful taking.
Michael A. Fultz, 22, 51 Smith Court Circle, Linden, one to four years for statutory sexual assault.
Five were sentenced to county prison. They were:
Donnell Boyd, 52, 652 Second Ave., 30 days to six months, $1,000, 50 hours' community service for DUI and driving under suspension.
James E. Haddix, 44, 925 Henrietta St., three to 90 days, six months' probation, $300, 50 hours' community service for DUI and disorderly conduct.
Mark A. Mitcheltree, 40, 2170 Royal Ave., 30 days to 12 months, 50 hours' community service for an accident involving damage.
George H. Cox, 49, 957 High St., three to 15 months, 24 months' intermediate punishment, six months probation, $450, 50 hours' community service, credit for time served for simple assault, resisting arrest, criminal mischief, DUI and disorderly conduct.
Edward T. Johnson, 45, 525 Fifth Ave., 4 1/2 to 9 months, credit for time served for criminal trespass.
Fourteen were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They were:
Leah F. Fiantaca, 42, 507 Weldon St., Montoursville, 60 months, three months Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $1,500, 50 hours' community service for DUI.
Matthew B. Kelly, 28, 1825 Mountain View Ave., Montoursville, 12 months, 42 days LCP/PRC, 50 hours' community service, credit for time served for possession of a controlled substance.
Shareef C. Thompson, 21, 619 Second St., 36 months, seven months LCP/PRC, 75 hours' community service, credit for time served for possession of 2.3 grams of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
James E. Williams, 48, 37 Eldred St., 24 months, 24 days LCP/PRC, credit for time served for simple assault.
John E. Lockcuff, 50, 1636 Bloomingrove Road, six months, 45 days LCP/PRC, $1,000, 50 hours' community service for DUI.
Adam L. Butler, 33, 134 Oliver St., Apt. 6, Jersey Shore, six months, three days LCP/PRC, $1,000, 50' hours community service for DUI.
Diego Dominguez, 33, Ferguson, Mo., 60 months, three months LCP/PRC, $1,500, 12 months' probation, 50 hours' community service for DUI and disorderly conduct.
Kenneth S. Johnson, 22, 665 First Ave., Floor 1, two years, 30 days LCP/PRC, 50 hours community service, credit for time served for simple assault.
Sandra L. Parks, 43, 106 Carpenter St., Apt. A5, Muncy, six months, three days LCP/PRC, $1,000, 50 hours' community service for DUI.
Jamal Blue, 40, 50 Boston Cove Road, Picture Rocks, six months, two days LCP/PRC, $500, 50 hours' community service for DUI.
Steven L. Evelhair, 54, 1708 Fairview Drive, Montoursville, six months, 30 days LCP/PRC, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Robert P. Hirneisen, 19, Bernville, 60 months, three months LCP/PRC, $1,500, 50 hours' community service for DUI.
Shane D. Ozella, 39, East Butler, six months, seven days LCP/PRC, $1,000, 18 months' probation, 50 hours' community service for DUI and reckless endangerment.
Michael C. Shields, 29, 2848 Cochran Ave., DuBoistown, six months, 30 days LCP/PRC, $750, 50 hours' community service for DUI.
Four were sentenced to probation. They were:

Roy B. Russitano, 35, 330 Government Place, Apt. 5, 18 months, 50 hours' community service for simple assault.
Michelle R. Wheeland, 32, 170 Pinecrest Dr., Lot 81, 18 months, 50 hours' community service for buying and exchanging food stamps.
James A. Andreas, 21, Allentown, five years, 50 hours' community service for corruption of minors and harassment.
Seven people were approved for Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition. They were:

Ethan P. Quinn, 18, 415 Harris Hill Road, Muncy, for theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
One person was approved for probation without verdict. She was:
