Announcement has been made of the engagement of Tonia J. Helm and Robert D. Cotner III, both of Elimsport.
A May 25 wedding in Elimsport is being planned.
Helm is the daughter of John E. Helm, Salina, Kan., and the late Margaret L. Dowling. She attended Montoursville Area High School and is employed by Eyeland Optical, Shamokin Dam, as a district manager.
