ELKLAND - Five people were charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants recently. According to documents filed at District Judge Brian Edgcomb's office, each was issued a summons to appear.
They are:
Daniel J. Lapointe, 35, of 405 A East Main St., by borough police following a traffic stop in the borough Jan. 5.
Donald S. Carr, 37, of 103 Bender Lane, by borough police with following a traffic stop in the borough Jan. 26.
Gary R. Haus, 38, of Addison, N.Y., by borough police following a traffic stop in the borough Jan. 26.
Rebekah L. Guinn, 21, of 2066 Tower Hill Road, Millerton, by state police following a traffic stop on Route 49, Lawrence Township Jan. 20.
Curtis H. Clark, 24, of 502 East Main St., Apt. 3, Knoxville, by state police following a traffic stop on Route 49, Nelson Township Feb. 2.
