William H. Kohler Jr., 73, of Cogan Station, died Tuesday, March 12, 2013, at ManorCare Health Services, Williamsport.
Born Oct. 20, 1939, in Williamsport, he was a son of the late William H. Sr. and Mary A. (Grove) Kohler.
He married Linda P. Sherwood who preceded him in death on Jan. 16.

William served in the U.S. Navy. He retired from Bethlehem Steel after many years of employment. He enjoyed working in the garage on cars, spending time at the river lot, fishing and camping.
Surviving are four sons, Randy D. (Margaret) Eoute, of Virginia, Kenneth J. Soules Jr. (Wendy Bower), of Linden, William H. Kohler III, and Michael P. Kohler, both of South Williamsport; five daughters, Deanna P. (Scott A., Jr.) Barth, Dawn L. (David L.) Meisel, and Yvonne G. Soules, all of Cogan Station, Anna M. (Shane E. Lapp) Kohler, of South Williamsport, and Jeanette L. (Michael T.) Leahy of York; one sister, Maryann (James) Sauers; 15 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at noon on Monday at Knight-Confer Funeral Home, 1914 Memorial Ave., Williamsport. Interment will be at St. Michael's Lutheran Church Cemetery, Cogan Station. Visitation will be held 11 a.m. to noon Monday at Knight-Confer Funeral Home.
