We were wrong. According to John Boehner, your got your higher taxes when the Republicans tried to drive the country over the Fiscal Cliff.
The result of that tax hike is manifest today.
According to Boehner, you got a $650 billion tax increase. Eight weeks later the Dow hits an historic high.
The economy created 236,000 jobs in February. Unemployment fell to 7.7 percent.
We were wrong, Mr. President. You were right. We will try to be worthy of your leadership in the future.
