DeWald Chiropractic has a special promotion through the end of March in partnership with the YWCA's Liberty House.
Dr. Jenifer DeWald and Dr. Brandon Fiedler are volunteering their services through the end of March, providing new patients with an initial visit including: a complete health history, a chiropractic examination and a report of the findings for a donation of $25 to the Liberty House.
Liberty House is a transitional housing program where women and women with children can rebuild their lives.
Program participants can stay up to two years while working on personal goals such as job security, financial stability and permanent housing.
Each resident of Liberty House must meet regularly with their case manager and attend required classes on nutrition, parenting, money management and more.
Liberty House opened 10 years ago in February and in that time has had many success stories - women who graduated college, bought homes and got married.
"We are so thankful to be able to provide a safe environment where women can regain their footing and build a bright, successful future," said Mae-Ling Kranz," Liberty House Manager.
Dr. DeWald is passionate about chiropractic and committed to bringing the community better health and a better way of life by teaching and practicing the true principles of chiropractic wellness care.
But Dr. DeWald also is passionate about the community and has given back in a variety of ways; including United Way, YMCA, CASA, Hope Enterprises and the Kathryn Lundy Breast Health Center to name a few.
"Our office really enjoys giving something back to the community, we love having this opportunity to give our time and talents so that we can help improve the lives of women and children right here on our own community," said Dr. DeWald about their involvement.
This is a great opportunity to help support Liberty House and at the same time find out how chiropractic care can help improve the health.
