Announcement has been made of the engagement of Chelsea Kathleen Martin and Jude Mark Keenan, both of Williamsport.
A June 28, 2014, wedding at Annunciation Church is being planned.
Martin is the daughter of Erin and Dr. Scott Martin, Williamsport. She graduated from St. John Neumann Regional Academy in 2010 and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in nursing from Duquesne University School of Nursing, Pittsburgh. She is employed by the Children's Home of Pittsburgh and Lemieux Family Center as a patient care technician.

Keenan is the son of MaryJean and Dr. William Keenan, Williamsport. He graduated from St. John Neumann Regional Academy in 2009 and received a bachelor's degree in health policy and administration from Penn State University this year. He is employed by IMA Consulting Firm, Chadds Ford, as an analyst.
