Area residents can speak out on health concerns in Lycoming County through Susquehanna Health's health needs survey.
Susquehanna Health is conducting a comprehensive Community Health Needs Assessment to identify and prioritize health needs in Lycoming County.
"Community feedback and participation is key in order for us to assess the health and quality of life for our community," said Rev. John Charnock, director of pastoral care and volunteer services at Susquehanna Health. "In order for the assessment to be successful, we must obtain feedback directly from the community."
Data obtained from the survey will be used to improve health and wellness programs in the county, including the expansion of health screenings, events and educational opportunities. Survey results will be aggregated.
Susquehanna Health will use the assessment to identify the most pressing health issues in the community and inform discussion on how to best meet those needs.
Once the survey is completed, the assessment report will be available to the public on SusquehannaHealth.org
Residents may take the survey online by going to www.SusquehannaHealth.org/CommunitySurvey. For more information, call 321-2215.
