Paul S. Starr (Stevie), of Cogan Station, 57, went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 15, 2013, surrounded by his loving family and caregivers.
Born in Williamsport on Sept. 30, 1955. He was the son of the late Paul and Helen Starr.
He enjoyed going to his Day Program at Hope Enterprise. He was always happy with a smile on his face, loved everyone, and loved being with people. He loved his playing cards and piano. Anyone who ever knew him, fell in love with him.

He is survived by his caregivers (adopted family), Pam and Dwayne Apker, Cogan Station, Pa.; sister, Sally, wife of Ted Appleby, Lawn, Pa.; stepbrothers, Robert Meyer, Wilkes-Barre, Pa., and Walter Meyer, Wyoming, Pa.; and two nephews.
He will be buried at Green Lawn Memorial Park, Williamsport, Pa.
