O'dell K. Griffin Jr., 34, of 230 W. Third St., has been charged with simple assault and harassment for biting Stacey Warner in the neck and "mashing his head into her face" during a domestic disturbance at 959 1/2 Market St. about 7:45 p.m. on Feb. 28, city police said.
Following his arraignment later that night before District Judge Jon E. Kemp, Griffin was committed to the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.
