Judges in Lycoming County recently sentenced 15 people in county court.
Two people were sentenced to state prison. They were:
Ernest P. Wilson, 48, Lycoming County Prison, four to 20 years, $10,000 for four counts of DUI.
Donnell Boyd, 52, 652 Second Ave., one to five years, 24 months state probation, 75 hours community service for simple assault and possession with intent to distribute.
Four people were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They were:
Karen D. Morton, 47, 179 Old Cement Road, Lot B1, Montoursville, 60 months, 11 months Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, 50 hours community service for retail theft.
Alysha M. Bowman, 21, 1031 Baldwin St., 12 months, three months LCP/PRC, 12 months probation, 50 hours community service for distribution of 3.1 grams cocaine and possession with intent to distribute.
Todd N. Lowe, 52, 7565 Armstrong Road, Muncy, 60 months, three months LCP/PRC, $1,500, 50 hours community service for DUI.
William F. Rybek, 54, 806 Hepburn St., Apt. 1, 36 months, 39 days LCP/PRC, 75 hours community service, credit for time served for terroristic threats.
Five people were sentenced to probation. They were:
Thor D. Smith, 23, 266 Jerry Lane, Montoursville, 12 months, 50 hours community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Sarah A. Huffman, 30, 2229 Boyd Court, 12 months, 50 hours community service for retail theft.
Rachel L. Gregory, 31, 152 Boak Ave., Lot 47, Hughesville, 12 months, 50 hours community service for theft by unlawful taking.
Angela M. Dimarco, 25, 1600 Katherine St., six months, $300, 35 hours community service for DUI.
Brody J. Schexnayder, 21, Morris, 36 months, 100 hours community service for conspiracy to commit robbery.
Two people were approved for Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition. They were:
Elizabeth M. Schulte, 51, 9551 Rose Valley Road, Trout Run, for DUI.
Darren J. Kitchen, 46, 494 Bastian Road, Roaring Branch, for DUI.
Two people were approved for probation without verdict. They were:
Lark R. Staley, 18, Philadelphia, for two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana.
James C. Synol, 19, Bloomingdale, N.J., for possession of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana.
