TOWANDA - David Lee Kellogg, 21, of Covington, faces sexual assault charges after he allegedly had sex with a 13-year-old Bradford County girl.
According to state police, Kellogg had sex with the girl at a residence in Springfield Township on repeated occasions.
He was arraigned in District Court on Wednesday and charged with statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault and corruption of minors.
He was jailed in the Bradford County Jail in lieu of $85,000 bail.
