WELLSBORO - Amos L. Preston, 35, of Lawrenceville was sentenced to 21 months to seven years in state prison for the manufacture and possession of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver, with credit for 237 days time served in Tioga County Court Monday.
According to court documents, Preston and his wife, Keri, were charged by borough police with operating a methamphetamine lab out of their home at 43 State St. in August of last year.
On Aug. 11, officers executed a search warrant issued by District Judge Brian Edgcomb for Preston, who was wanted on a bench warrant issued in March.
While executing the search warrant at the residence where the Prestons reside with their four children, all under the age of 18, police found in the house, outbuildings and property, several items and ingredients commonly used to make meth. Marijuana and drug paraphernalia also was found, police said.
Sentenced to county jail were:
Autumn T. Pequignot, 20, of Blossburg, 11 1/2 - 23 months, given credit for 229 days time served for theft; and 6-12 months with credit for 149 days time served for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Brian M. Fosko, 21, of Bath, Pa., 3-23 months with credit for time served, $75 fine for criminal mischief; 3-23 months with credit for time served, $100 fine for flight.
Melissa A. Spencer, 28, of Liberty, 36 months intermediate punishment, three months in county prison, credit for time served and probation for conspiracy to commit theft.
John C. Gleason, 24, of Mansfield, intermediate punishment sentence revoked for driving under the influence of intoxicants, new intermediate punishment sentence of 30 days in jail, credit for time served, probation.
Sentenced to probation were:
Timothy G. Aumick, 31, of Lindley, N.Y., 36 months for endangering welfare of a child, $100 fine.
Matthew D. Wilson, 20, of the borough, 12 months for theft, $75 fine.
Shane O. Mahosky, 32, of the borough, 12 months for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Sherri L. Leach, 43, of Galeton, 12 months for making a false statement, $75 fine.
Sentenced to Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition were:
Brandon M. Clark, 26, of Mansfield, 12 months for DUI.
Freeman B. Haning, 62, of Salisbury, Penn., 12 months for DUI.
