Janet M. Bullock, 78, of Williamsport, went to be with the Lord Thursday, April 11, 2013, at the Williamsport Regional Medical Center. Janet was the wife of the late Philip G. Bullock Sr. with whom she shared 40 years of marriage prior to his passing in 1994.
She was born March 6, 1935, in Williamsport, the daughter of Ralph B. and Jessie M. (Herr) Folmer.
Janet had worked many years at the Weldon Pajama Factory as well as Ray-O-Vac and Tetley Tea. In addition, she took care of her mother-in-law for 30 years and her mother for two years prior to their passing.

She was a wonderful person and her household was often the focal point of activity for her family and extended family. She also had a quick wit and often would share humorous stories with family and friends. Janet was also an avid lover of dogs and always had one or more dogs by her side, as they loved her as well.
She was a sports enthusiast and was very involved with the West End Baseball League.
Janet is survived by a son, Mark (L. Sue) Bullock; daughter-in-law, Vivian (Vicky) Bullock; sister, Betty Lou Bloomer; grandchildren, Michelle Bullock, Alison Bullock, Anita (Rick) Moody, Loretta (Keith) McNealy, Jarrett (Misty) Kinley; as well as numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her parents, Ralph and Jessie (Herr) Folmer; husband, Philip G. Bullock Sr.; beloved son, Philip G. Bullock Jr.; sisters, Marion (Jim) Quigel and L. Beverly (Bud) Updegraff-Burkholder; brothers, Ralph Folmer Jr. and Alfred Folmer.

Relatives and friends are invited to Janet's Life Celebration service 2:30 p.m. Saturday, April 13, 2013, at the James C. Maneval Funeral Home, Ltd., "A Life Celebration Home," 500 W. Fourth St., Williamsport, with Rev. Ron Savits officiating. A visitation will be from 1 until 2:30 p.m. Burial will be in the Montoursville Cemetery.
