Eight defendants were sentenced in Tiogga County Court. Sentenced to state prison was Theodore L. Case, 36, of Middlebury Center, five to 10 years state prison for failure to verify address as required by Megan's Law.
Sentenced to county jail were:
Robert E. Davis Jr., 26, of Wellsboro, 36 months intermediate punishment, six months in county prison, 77 days credit for time served, probation, $150 fine and $7,560.21 restitution for theft.
Robert A. Jones Jr., 36, of Westfield, 24 months intermediate punishment and $50 restitution for criminal trespassing; 12 months probation and $33 restitution for theft.
Michael J. Williams, 42, of Woodhull, N.Y., six months intermediate punishment, 30 days electronic monitoring, probation, $750 fine,12 months driver's license suspension and DUI school for DUI.
Stephen C. Ildefonso, 29, of Blossburg, consecutive sentences of five days to six months, 30 days to six months, and 6 months county prison, 12 months intensive probation, probation, $1,750 fine, 3 1/2 years suspended driver's license and DUI school for repeat DUI offenses.
Roger L. Hopper, 44, of Lawrenceville, 36 months intermediate punishment, four months county prison with 51 days credit for time served, probation, $75 fine and $1,350 restitution for theft.
Alana C. Johnson, 23, of Mansfield, six months total intermediate punishment with 72 hours in county jail, credit for time served, probation, $1,000 fine, 12 months suspended driver's license and DUI school for DUI.
Sentenced to Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition was Anthony M. Edwards, 25, of Philadelphia, for disorderly conduct.
