Sage Age Strategies, a national senior living marketing organization with its regional headquarters in Montoursville, recently received five 2012 Generations Awards for excellence in marketing to the 50-plus mature market.
The Generations Award, an international competition for professionals who communicate to this niche market, honors "phenomenal achievement and service to professionals communicating to elders worldwide."
The awards are bestowed annually to honor leading senior marketing and consulting businesses in three major categories: platinum, gold and special recognition.
Sage Age Strategies received an unprecedented five awards for marketing, advertising, brochures, direct mail and annual reports in the following categories:
"Abe's Garden" in the brochure category;
"The Highlands Annual Report" in the annual report category.
"PharMerica Mailer" in direct mail piece category;
"Bridges Video" in the marketing (service/product) category.
Special Recognition Category
"Meridian Independent Living Ads" in the advertising campaign category.
"We are delighted and deeply honored to receive this outstanding recognition of our team's exceptional marketing efforts on behalf of our valued client-partners," said Faith L. Ott, president and senior strategist for Sage Age Strategies.
"Without our partners' collaboration, trust and support of Sage Age Strategies, these awards would not have been achievable," added Ott, who is a Williamsport-area native.
"And, while industry awards are a gratifying measure of the quality of our work, we derive the greatest sense of accomplishment from meeting and exceeding our customers' business goals," she added. "Going forward, we will never lose sight of the one thing that continues to energize our own brand: Our passion for seniors and our partners that serve them."
The judging panel for the international Generations Awards is comprised of an experienced group of industry leaders. It consists of marketing, communication, advertising, public relations, media and online industry professionals.
Panelists evaluate each entry on overall design, content, effectiveness in communicating to the mature market and overall excellence.
