James T. (Jimmy) Fink, 58, of 111 Fink Road, Trout Run, died Friday, May 10, 2013, at the Williamsport Regional Medical Center, after being stricken at home.
Jimmy was a 1973 graduate of the Williamsport High School, enjoyed woodworking and entomology, learning about insects.
Jimmy loved attending the Watkins Glen Vintage Car Races and his pets.
Jimmy was a groundskeeper at the White Deer Golf Course for 19 years. Prior to White Deer, he had worked at the Downingtown Inn and Golf Resort for 10 years.
Born Feb. 6, 1955, at the Ruislip Air Force Base Hospital, Middlesex, England, he was the son of James D. and Jean S. (Finkbeiner) Fink.
Surviving is a sister, Jeanine D. (Thomas) Bell of Williamsport; brothers, Michael C. (Teresa) Zuber of Binghamton, N.Y., Jerry D. (Janice) Fink, George R. "Bob" Fink and Geoffrey A. Fink, all of Trout Run; and several nieces and nephews.
A Life Celebration Gathering will be held at the family farm, 111 Fink Road, Trout Run, on Saturday, June 15, 2013, beginning at 1 p.m. Food will be provided. More information along with directions will be in the paper prior to the service.
