Roswell F. Ulrich Jr., 74, of Montgomery, passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2013, at the Gatehouse in Williamsport.
Jr. was born Jan. 15, 1939, in McEwensville, a son of the late Roswell Frank and Pauline (Hought) Ulrich Sr. On June 16, 1961, he married the former Carol Fulmer. Together they celebrated 51 years of marriage.
Jr. attended Watsontown High School. He worked at the former Zenith Corporation, Watsontown for 30 years and then for Construction Specialties for 15 years.
Some of Jr.'s favorite pastimes were hunting, fishing, carpentry, and gardening.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Roswell F. Ulrich III of Montgomery; three brothers, Donald and Gary Ulrich both of Allenwood, and Richard Ulrich of Montgomery; one sister, Jane Ashenfelder of Turbotville; and one granddaughter, Samantha N. Ulrich of Montgomery.
Friends will be received from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., Tuesday, May 21 at Cronrath-Grenoble Funeral Home, 308 Main St., Watsontown, where the funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Officiating will be Rev. Matt Ellison and Rev. Steve Miller of God's Missionary Church, New Columbia.
Burial will follow in Elimsport Cemetery.
