Mae-Ling Kranz has been named as the new housing director, overseeing the residential programs of the Williamsport YWCA.
Kranz began working with the YWCA has a Liberty House case manager in 2011 and rose to the roll of Liberty House manager within her first year. The move to housing director is Kranz's second promotion during her tenure.
As housing director, Kranz will oversee case management of program participants, insure compliance and training of Wise Options and Liberty House staff, and serve as liaison between the YWCA and Regional Housing Advisory Board and Pennsylvania Coalitions against Rape and Domestic Violence.
With a bachelor's degree in psychology from Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Kranz began working in human and social services in 2004.
The YWCA Northcentral PA is a partner program of the Lycoming County United Way.
