WELLSBORO - Four people were charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants recently.
According to documents filed at District Judge Rob Repard's and District Judge James Carlson's offices, they are:
Lynette B. Cohick, 26, of 7 Helvetia St., by state police along with possession of drug paraphernalia, after she crashed her car on Cherry Flats Road, Covington Township June 9. Police said they found a spoon with an unknown substance on it, a syringe, a razor blade, a lighter, 67 small packets in a black pouch that ambulance personnel said they found in her purse. Her blood test revealed Oxazepam and Temezepam.
She was issued a summons to appear at an Aug. 7 preliminary hearing.
Jamie L. Wilson, 35, of 224 Knowlton Road, and 281 Sunset Circle, Tioga, by state police on Knowlton Road, Delmar Township May 27, after they responded to a trespassing incident, and saw Wilson's truck pull into the driveway and made contact with him.
He was issued a summons to appear at an Aug. 6 preliminary hearing.
Michael E. Southard, 38, of Rochester, Minn., by borough police following a traffic stop on Tioga Street, May 23. He was issued a summons to appear at a July 23 preliminary hearing.
Berton A. Hollister III, 35, of Meshoppen, by state police, after he crashed his car on Route 15, Covington Township March 15. He was issued a summons to appear at an Aug. 14 preliminary hearing.
