The Williamsport Crosscutters split a pair of games in Auburn on Wednesday night, losing the first game 3-2 before coming back to win the second contest, 4-1.
The first game was the completion of a contest that started on June 27.
When the game resumed the Cutters trailed 1-0 but took a lead after after a two-run second inning.
Auburn grabbed the lead back with a two-run fourth inning, benefitting from a Zach Green error.
In game two, the Cutters broke open a 1-1 tie with a three-run fourth inning. Dylan Cozens and Logan Pierce had RBI singles in the inning.
Keivi Rojas threw two innings in relief and earned his first win of the year. Josh Warner pitched a scoreless seventh for his first save. Warner struck out the side and he and Rojas combined to strike out six in three innings in relief of starter Chris Nichols.
