Commercial deposit business development officer selected
Rob Carleton, vice president, branch administrator and small business underwriter, has announced the promotion of Paula Bennett to commercial deposit business development officer. In her new position, Bennett will be responsible for helping companies increase sales and save time and money by assisting them with their selection of commercial products such as Merchant Card Services, Cash Management, Internet Banking, and Remote Deposit, that best fulfills their needs.
Bennett has been in banking for twenty six years. She joined First Citizens in 2000 as a Head Teller in the Millerton (State Line) office, as part of the Sovereign Bank acquisition. In 2009, she transferred to the Mansfield South office until it closed in 2011, at which time she transferred to the position of TeleServices and commercial deposit representative.
"In her previous position, Paula worked as back-up for the Commercial Deposit BDO, so she was the natural choice for the job," stated Rob Carleton. "It's great that we have such talent and loyalty within the organization that allows us to promote from within."
Bennett and her husband Steve reside in Mainesburg.
