United Churches Wednesday noon ecumenical lunches are held each week of the school year at Pine Street United Methodist Church, 441 Pine St. The next luncheon will be Sept. 11, when Pastor Rusty Wolfinger, of Faith United Methodist Church, will talk about how congregations and organizations in our community can be involved with our local Habitat for Humanity in some new ways. A serving of a catered $6 lunch begins at 11:45 a.m. in the church fellowship hall. Free parking is available in the lot north of the church.
