Rain caused the postponement of the Little League World Series game between Westport, Conn., and Sammamish, Wash., until 3 p.m. Friday at Lamade Stadium.
The game was scheduled for 8 p.m. Thursday, but more rain was possible later Thursday and another game had yet to finish.
The rain struck with Tijuana, Mexico, leading Aguadulce, Panama, 4-2 in the seventh inning. That game is expected to finish Thursday night.
The Little League complex will open to the public at 9 a.m. Friday. All stadium passes distributed prior to Thursday's postponed game will be honored for Friday.
