Harry F. Youmans, 74, of Mansfield, died Friday, Aug. 30, 2013, at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital, Wellsboro. Harry was born May 6, 1939, in Wellsboro, a son of Harry W. and Frances (Smith) Youmans. He would have celebrated a 50th wedding anniversary with his wife, Ann (Wilson) Youmans on Aug. 31. Harry served eight years in the U.S. Air Force and was a Vietnam veteran. He was a member of the Mansfield Ambulance Association and attended the Bakerburg Community Church. Harry had been employed by Garrison's Men's Shop, K. House and Son Lumber Co., Blossburg, Ward Manufacturing, Blossburg, and owned Hillview on East Avenue in Wellsboro. After his retirement, Harry worked for Benedict's Bus Service as an all-purpose driver, Head Start Bus Service, E.M.T.A. and Buckheit Funeral Chapel. Harry enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, and fishing.
